    β€’ 1 onion, diced

    β€’ 2 garlic cloves, minced

    β€’ 1 red bell pepper, diced

    β€’ 400g canned diced tomatoes

    β€’ 300g canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed

    β€’ 300g canned black beans, drained and rinsed

    β€’ 250ml chicken broth

    β€’ 2 tbsp tomato paste

    β€’ 2 tsp chili powder

    β€’ 1 tsp ground cumin

    β€’ Β½ tsp smoked paprika

    β€’ Salt and black pepper, to taste

    *For Topping & Serving:*

    β€’ 100g shredded cheddar cheese

    β€’ 100g sour cream

    β€’ 1 small onion, finely chopped

    **Instructions:**

    1. **Cook the Turkey and Vegetables** Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Add diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sautΓ© for 5 minutes until softened.
    2. **Add the Chili Ingredients** Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chicken broth, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
