It’s not super photogenic but I’m sure it tastes great.
Sauteed onion, garlic, tomato and tomato paste. Add pasta water to make sauce. Add cream and pasta water as needed.
Add pasta and finish with fresh basil, mozzarella and shrimp. I cook the shrimp right in the sauce and just flip them because they cook so quickly.
It was delish!!
