Hi all,

Just wanted to share my steps progress! I've been quite proud of it. Since starting 1200/day, I've paradoxically found myself having more energy than before- less because of the calorie deficit, moreso because logging meals have forced me to reduce snacking and become more cognizant of having balanced macros to keep myself full 🤣

On days where you exercise more but aren't sure of the actual exercise stats (i.e., not sure what my walking speed was to reach 20k), do you eat back any of your calories? If so, how do you know how many?
