(My "massive" portions got called small. Unfortunately, it's just a testament to my sad photography skills rather than the meal itself 😔 This is to show it's largely camera angles and presentation, I swear. This is also far from my biggest meals~)

Unpictured: 1/3 head of broccoli and a mound of cottage cheese I already ate while cooking

To avoid this being purely a text post, here are some notes of things I noticed helping:
– Air fry everything if you can. Can cut 20-200 calories from your meals, and not having to worry about oil makes counting and logging easier.
– Broccoli has 2x (TWICE!) the protein content as cauliflower, so opt for that if you don't mind their difference.
– Season your food, even if it's just a little salt & pepper.
– Tofu. Literally fits everywhere. Sweet? Savory? As a snack? To volumize meals? Doesn't matter 💖
