  1. We have sickness going around the house and I personally prefer homemade chicken noodle soup over canned or store bought. I don’t have a recipe, but the ingredients are six cans of low sodium chicken broth, two shredded chicken breasts, carrots, one or two stalks of celery, potato, yellow onion, two big cloves of garlic, fresh herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme) one or two bay leaves, a sprinkle of dry parsley, a sprinkle of ginger, about a tbsp of lemon juice, black pepper, a half Tbsp of chicken bouillon, and egg noodles.
