I can't help but giggle every time someone tells me they take vitamin supplements. As a vegan with a low tdee, almost all of my calories are spent getting my protein with tofu, leaving me with eating a lot of veggies…
What are you eating to get calcium? A person of my gender and age needs 1200 mg a day. I’d prefer to eat less dairy, but find it impossible to eat enough fruit and veg to meet my requirements. I gave up most dairy years ago, but then developed the start of osteopenia. I’ve had to add supplements and more dairy to my diet.
