  2. If you want to eat more just lift weights, that’s what I’ve been doing for 9 months now. I’m down 35kg. I know it doesn’t sound attractive but trust me, if you think you’ll look super muscular you won’t since that takes a very specific diet and a TON and I do mean a TON of lifting.

  3. Had no idea a hash brown was only 85 calories. I might need to get some of those for those days where I want a heartier breakfast too. Looks great 😍
