
I recently came back from Italy with a bigger appetite for pasta than usual. I believe I mastered the "all dente" technique, and this is home made ragu of which I always have frozen in zipbags ready to be prepared in minutes. All over the top, grated 36 months old parmesan straight from Parma. Delicious
