  1. basically [SpainOnAFork’s classic Spanish lentil stew](https://spainonafork.com/classic-spanish-lentil-stew-recipe/). It’s an amazing recipe! I always make a double-batch which is about 8 portions of a healthy and delicious protein-packed soup.

    The tuscan twist: had no bell peppers, but lots of Tuscan Kale (cavollo nero). Different, but still delicious and with extra vitams.

    10/10 would recommend
