
This is my 6th attempt and everything was great. The chicken was brined the night before so it was dripping with juice and flavor. The ribs were sticky and tender with a great pink smoke layer, but the bones still had a little resistance. Also smoked potatoes with just some oil salt and pepper. INCREDIBLE!!

Sounds like you nailed it, that smoke ring on the ribs plus brined chicken and potatoes?? That’s legit a full BBQ feast. Little resistance on the rib bones is actually kinda perfect means they weren’t overdone to fall off the bone mush.
