    I was really confused at first reading the ingredients, but this looks amazing. Very beautiful.

    I typically follow this sub as a quiet observer due to lack of experience in formal plating. But this is an excellent example of beautiful plating, it’s like pornography in that I know it when I see it.

    This is so sexy. Is it weird to call a cheesecake sexy? The contrast between the dark “shell” and brighter filling, between the red plum and white chevre. Mwah. Clean, bold, beautiful.

  4. This is very nice. Tight, clean composition without a bunch a purposeless faff strewn about.

    ETA: at first I was a bit put off by the summer/fall crossover but then I realized that’s exactly what’s going on in real life and I felt a little silly.
