12 lasagna noodles

1 lb Italian sausage

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Cook beef, sausage, onion, and garlic in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in marinara, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, and 1 cup mozzarella in a bowl until creamy.

Assemble: In a greased 9×13 dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce. Layer noodles, creamy cheese mixture, more meat sauce, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with meat sauce and the remaining mozzarella + Parmesan on top.

Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake another 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve hot with garlic bread or salad.
