  1. Made a ridiculously bougie chirashi bowl for dinner last night with otoro, uni, osetra, scallops, ikura, salmon, and hamachi. Froze the rest of the fish, besides the otoro to use tonight. And used the rest of the uni tray for compound butter. Tomagoyaki: 4 eggs, 1 tsp dashi, 1/2 tsp sugar, pinch of MSG.
