

So I made these muffins and each one is less than 120 cals each ( my calorie counter put each one at 114 cals each ).
These are made with oat flour, dessicated coconut , apple sauce ( or in my case quince sauce ) , no oil or butter .
I substituted the honey for monkfruit & allulose .
Sugar free gluten free choc chips .
A lovely sweet snack when you fancy something with you tea or coffee .
Also the recipe is adjustable in many different ways .
