
Breakfast Omelette, approximately 250 calories.
Didn't have more veggies in the fridge or else I would've definitely added some diced peppers and onion.
What I used:
2 eggs
10 g – baby spinach
14 g – low fat reduced moisture mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp – MIL Gochugan Flakes
40 g – small curd low fat cottage cheese (normally I'd stir this in with the eggs before cooking but I forgot so just added them on top)
1/4 tsp salt
