    Recipe bc people keep asking sorry it’s just a lot πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

    One scoop of vanilla powder
    1/2 cup of oats
    1/2 cup of almond milk
    I used Chobani peach zero sugar yogurt like the single cup for the peach flavor
    One tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup
    Half a teaspoon of keto honey
    Cinnamon i don’t remember how much I put it in there lol
    1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
    Two tablespoons of egg whites for more protein
    I used a fresh peach I cut off two slices and then for the rest I put it on top
    You blend all these ingredients together put into a safe oven glass bowl put your peaches on top and I put cinnamon on top bake on 355 for 30 min and then I topped with pecans and sliced almonds
