Shrimp – marinated in gochung, ponzu, rice wine vinegar with a splash of ginger dressed.
Cucumbers – removed seeds, and thinly sliced them. Also thinly sliced some jalapeños and red bell pepper. In the bottom of the Tupperware – few dashes of sesame seed oil, 2:1 ratio of ponzu to rice wine vinegar and a few dashes of ground ginger. Added the veggies and let marinate in the fridge.
Made some cheap/quick white rice and sliced an avocado. Patted dry the shrimp, pan seared and then put it all in a bowl. Not pretty but tasty! Missing – a little yum yum sauce I drizzled on top.
