* 6 slices chipped steak frozen
* ¾ lb American cheese Cooper Sharp
* ½ onion diced
* 6 pre-made biscuit dough in pop open container, found in the refrigerator aisle at the grocery store. Typically Pillsbury brand.
# Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Dice onion.
2. On medium heat in a small frying pan, sauté onion in a little olive oil until slightly caramelized. In a large frying pan or large skillet on medium-high heat cook frozen chipped steak. Chop up steak into small dice sized pieces as it cooks. Add onion into meat and mix in. Add slices of American cheese. Stir cheese into meat as it melts until a creamy texture is achieved, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Remove biscuit dough from package. Using your hands, carefully rip each biscuit in half by pulling apart the assembled layers. Form the biscuit dough halves into muffin pan in a cup shape.
4. Spoon cheesesteak mixture into each cup. Cut Cooper Sharp American cheese slices into thirds. Place a piece of cheese on top of each cheesesteak cup. Bake 9 minutes. Serve immediately or save for later.
