Roast local bread & butter corn, late summer peaches, heirloom tomato salsa

I am a vegetarian chef, I made this lovely salad at work today, feel lucky to still have such bright fresh organic local produce – not sure how sustainable will be very soon and even now 🙆🏻‍♀️👩‍🍳❤️
