No hate though- but middle school textbook btw… Now idk if y'all argue back that u need only 100 more calories than a 7 year old or something 🤷 I personally have no hate, and y'all can definitely do whatever you like… But ig I'm posting this for people who generally have no idea and are actually following the 1200/ under diet.
