Pan seared boneless/skinless chicken thighs, sautéed garlicky green beans, hand mashed potatoes, and a pan gravy made from the drippings from the chicken. I was so pleased with how this turned out! Simple yet satisfying.

  1. How can you just eat a pile of green beans? I just got 2 kinds of trays with compartments and lids.. I have a cut up fresh carrot each time, for example. Fruit, a whole cut apple and whole cut orange (which of course often is small – oh, and cutting it is less stress and more energy than peeling the skin off after cutting slices since sometimes I start to get tired.)
