We marinated some new york strip we found in the freezer and paired it with garlic mashed potatoes and some steamed vegetables. It's not perfect but I'm rather proud of what we came up with

Looks tasty! I also love the veggies with it, as lately I always seems to “forgot”, and I eat entire thing on its own.. >.<
