Sorry for the blurry photo. I already cut it open and devoured it so couldn't take anymore photos, Love at 1st bite! It's so flavourful compared to the mild cheddars, like very dense, packed with lightly sweet nutty flavour maybe kinda similar to the Asiago I had.
