It looks like it tastes good but you don’t need the lime, caramel, or the pomegranate. And the panna cotta looks like a block of cream cheese.

The leaf is really neat, and I’m undecided about the contrasting color of the lime, it’s good that there is this contrast but the green makes it look like, well, greens. Have you thought about a thin half slice of lime or something ?
I also agree that the panna cotta looks a bit bland/bricky
