  1. I love gazpacho and that looks amazing. It’s simply so rare to find it in a restaurant anywhere by me. I’ve tried making it several times, hard to get it perfect.

    It’s lovely. Only criticism would be to remove the OO from the top. Looks like an oil slick that doesn’t belong.

    I think it is cucumber bruinoise? And what are the swirls? The swirls must also be cucumber.

  4. Is the cucumber the diced and swirly bits? Either way that is the tastiest gazpacho I’ve ever seen.
