Hello everyone!
Had the most amazing Kaisendon tonight to celebrate my mom's birthday. Each piece of fresh seafood was a perfect bite, and the whole bowl was a feast for the eyes. It felt so special to celebrate a precious day with such a beautiful meal. The food was delicious, but the memory of this special dinner makes it even better.

Simple Recipe:

Base: Sushi rice seasoned with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt

Seafood: Salmon, tuna, yellowtail, shrimp, abalone, crab, seared scallop

Toppings: Ikura (salmon roe), uni (sea urchin), tamago (egg omelet)

Condiments: Wasabi and soy sauce on the side

It’s less about cooking and more about arranging the freshest sashimi-grade seafood over seasoned rice. 🌊
