  1. Terrible lighting but absolutely delicious and super quick meal to make.

    Baby tomatoes (as many as you’d like)

    Kalamata olives (as many as you’d like)

    2 cloves crushed garlic

    Papardelle

    Fresh basil and grated parmeggiano reggiano

    Instructions:

    Fry garlic. Add cut tomatoes (I cut them in half lengthwise) and olives. Fry it all about until the tomatoes soften and start to really break apart. Put in fresh chopped basil and mix. Set aside.

    Boil pasta according to package instructions. When done, drain (obviously lol) and add the tomato mixture to the pasta. Serve with grated parmeggiano and extra basil if you’d like. I also add chili flakes.
