    Looks beautiful! The only point to reconsider imo is the ratio cheese/watermelon.

  2. I’d use the “waste” portion of this ring cut watermelon to make some sort of cold sauce to go on the plate to complement everything.

  3. Great looking dish! It’s got a lovely, composed look, but needs refinement. I would cut the watermelon to half the thickness, go with finer microgreens, pipe the goat cheese with a different tip, and possibly add a sauce to the plate– maybe something with balsamic for the color
