  1. 8 lb pork shoulder trimmed off the bone and sliced into 3โ€ sections

    11 oz orange juice (one small bottle)

    3/4 cup lime juice

    1/2 cup lemon juice

    ~1/2 tsp cloves

    ~2 tsp cumin

    4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with sauce (1/2 can)

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and set to low for 12 hours.

    Shred and enjoy.

    Veggies are frozen primavera fire roasted vegetables from Costco heated up in the microwave.
