Carrots blanched, then seared in butter, honey, chilis, cumin, finished with crumbled feta. White beans sauteed then pureed with onions, garlic, paprika, cumin, msg, chicken stock, fresh thyme. Ribeye air dried then seared in cast iron and based with brown butter, garlic, thyme.
