This is a pretty typical day of eating for me. I’m wondering if I could add or reduce anything to be healthier.
FYI: Deviled Egg Dip is low fat cottage cheese, a hard boiled egg, garlic & onion powder and Dijon mustard all blended up. Great for dipping veggies! Yum!

Trying to understand where the will power to use .05 tbsp of olive oil comes from. Are you manually calculating a spray?
