  1. My favourite restaurant was not making deliveries this weekend and I was really craving Lebanese food, so I made an attempt to recreate my usual order! First time making Lebanese rice at home and I am so proud of how it turned out! (1 cup Basmati rice, 1/4 cup vermicelli noodles, 2 cups of water and some oil – came out great!) Beside that, I made grilled halloumi & fattoush salad. The lone falafel, the wraps and the garlic and tahini sauces are left overs from the last take-out order.
