BBQ beef back rib w/ grilled Brussel sprouts

  1. Smoked & grilled a 4.3 lb beef back ribs rack indirect over water trays at 225 F at home for ~4 hrs and added a favorite premium BBQ sauce when finishing. Prepped (trimmed & membrane removed) & sea salt tenderized the night before.

    The Brussel sprouts were grilled in aluminum foil with EVOO, sea sat & 4 peppercorn grind.

    Everything came out excellent, very popular.
