  1. Made a three course meal this Sunday!

    Spiced roasted vegetable soup with homemade soda bread to start. Followed by a lemon and garlic leg of lamb with all the trimmings: roast potatoes, honey glazed roasted vegetables, mixed fried garlic greens, potato gratin, cauliflower cheese and stuffing with the choice of homemade Black Forest or apple pie fresh out of the oven for dessert!
