


It took less than 2 minutes to prep – just emptied prepared mac & cheese (from Target, but most American grocery stores have some form of it) into an oven dish & sprinkled a thick layer of shredded Parmesan on it.
Then I stuck it in the oven for maybe 25 minutes, just til the cheese was bubbling & browning a bit.
It tasted honestly just as good as when I’ve baked it from scratch!
Maybe this is obvious to folks, but it never occurred to me previously to bake store-prepared mac & cheese with my own thick cheesy crust on top…
