
My FIL is a very picky eater, but he loves “prime rib”, which is just what he calls all ribeye roasts lol. Anyhoo, I made the roast, some mashed potatoes and a wine reduction sauce with a side a Brussels sprouts and bacon. Was a nice Sunday dinner.
