Hi everyone, I wanted to give you a quick update! After posting this ⬆️ I got a dm from the Velveeta team. They offered to send me a package so I can try Velveeta!
Unfortunately we ran into some customs issues and sending out cheese was not allowed, so they gifted me some merch. A big thanks to the team for that btw 🙌
Luckily after that, my sister, who’s planning on settling in the US, went there for a trip, and came back with… Velveeta Mac and cheese 😎 I figured the sauce would taste – approximately – like the real deal. Maybe customs didn’t notice there was sauce in there, I don’t know 😅
My opinion on the taste : honestly it tastes a little better than expected. I probably would prefer it as a dipping sauce though, but it was actually nice with the macaronis!
