    I grill my corn in the husk, over charcoal. I make a seasoning sauce, coconut milk, fish sauce, chopped green onion. Remove the husks from the corn. Baste it in the coconut/ onion goodness. Then grill it again to seal the flavor, whilst continuing to baste it. Serve. Enjoy

  2. Coat thoroughly with mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika, cover with aluminum foil and cook on a charcoal grill for 12-15 minutes

    I drizzle EVOO over it and sprinkle kosher sea salt and black pepper over it. Then grill it for about 10-12 minutes

    I boil it in salted water and eat it with butter and celery salt (not sure if this is international or a german thing)

    Elote style! I use a combo of mayo and butter slather it on, roast and then sprinkle with some tajin and fresh lime

    If I’m making basic bitch corn then it’s boiled in a salt water bath with milk!

  7. I wrap it in foil with EVOO, salt and pepper then I throw it on the blackstone for about 30 minutes, rotating every ten minutes or so. Perfect every time

  8. Gotta grill it. Make a chipotle mayo and slather it, top with feta, cilantro and taijin.

    Remove the husk, cover in butter, grill it nice and dark, cover in salt and pepper, eat

  10. Husk on. Grilled over propane or charcoal until the husk is blackened and gnarly looking. I don’t even add butter it’s so delicious.
