  1. You’re doing amazing. I’m so proud of you and the sacrifices you are making to become a better version of you. I hope to see how you look in another 6 months.

  2. Woooow, very good. Well done, buddy, I can’t imagine accomplishing this (but I’m trying).

  3. 116 pounds lost = 406000 calories burned

406000 calories in 180 days = 2255 calorie deficit per day

So I imagine you were doing more than dieting?

  4. Big up on the transition …. you put in a lot of hard work and the results show (salute!)

  5. I have a questiono. So if I weigh 160 lbs right now , and I want to get down to 125 , how many calories should I take in a day ? I’m 5 foot 8 inches tall and I don’t exercise much , 18 year old male.

Edit : why the fuck did I get downvoted for a question ? That’s beyond stupid.

Forgive my ignorance, but is there a 1500 calorie diet that’s *actually satisfying*, or were you just hungry the whole time? I can eat a pound of baby carrots and still be starving…

  7. Look at all that hard work and dedication paying off! You look amazing. Looks like what you lost in pounds you gained in self-confidence. Good job, dude!

  8. I don’t understand how you lost height as well as weight.

You look a couple of inches shorter in the “after” photo.

  9. You look nice, sir. I bet you feel better too. 116 lbs is no easy feat, and in 6 months, no less. Congrats on the weight loss! Best of luck on your continued weight loss/mgmt journey.

  10. You inspired me to start doing 1500 calories and one week in I’m down almost 10 lbs. thanks for the inspiration!

Dude this is fucking amazing. You’re inspiring me, I’m trying to stay at a 1500 calories a day limit for the next 4-5 months so I can shave fat off and become more lean. Seeing your transformation, and over such an amount of time, gives me hope. God speed king.

The group won’t let me post anything so I’ll have to ask here hopefully you are still on here to see it. Has your metabolism slowed down when only eating 1500 cals while being over 300lbs? Also did you just count cals and not macros?
