I’m able to fit in some sort of sweet everyday on 1500 cals a day while also eating three meals a day.

For example today’s breakfast was oatmeal with toppings & boiled egg whites and a piece of turkey bacon. Lunch is a chicken quesadilla with a side of broccoli and cauliflower. Dinner is a robust salad with chicken breast and other toppings.

It’s crazy how much I had to eat to put on weight. Portion control is really everything.

Also random, but I will probably never buy halo top again. But at least I can say I tried it. Yasso Bars or real ice cream any day!

I don’t like the ingredients of halo top and I’m afraid it’ll make my stomach hurt.

    I can’t stand halo unless it’s the vanilla bean one. They kinda overcompensate and make it TOO sweet to a point it’s nauseating. I like Nick’s ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or chocolate chip cookie dough). But I’ll usually just have a real ice cream sandwich. I also get crumbl minis whenever the menu looks good as an alternative to the gigantic cookies. The cookies are usually between 720 and 1000 calories but every so often it’s like 550-650. The minis are like 250-300 so I get my sweet fix without binging 😎
