    Of all the recent augachile plates I’ve seen on here recently this has gotta be my favorite. There’s something that feels really correct for the end of summer going on here. All the green maybe. In my mind I might be wishing for a pickled pepper in this situation but I’m still all here for it.

  2. Very nice. Only plating note would be to consider different plateware of available (non white, either light blue or earth tone, stoneware etc). Again, nice dish.

    I think it’s beautiful – I didn’t even notice the messy rim until you said something! Haha

    I LOVE that you used rainbow color carrots to top the salad – nice little pop of color with all the green – really pretty plate and I’d totally eat it

    Looks nice, I’d suggest a little less sauce though. Besides that I’m content with this dish.
