
Currently I experiment with dishes that contain various of components I like in small quantities.
Baked dorado fish. Baked potatoes, zucchini, carrot, tomato, onion. Fresh spinach, cucumber and bell pepper. Boiled black beans. Chopped green onion. Some lemon and theamine.
Baking is very convenient. Use a bit of oil, salt, sugar and rosemary. 180C for 30-40 mins. Fish is baked on the same temperature but 20-30 mins.
