This is going to sound so gross but its so delicious imo. A few weeks ago I had a goat cheese apricot ice cream at my local ice cream shop, and it was so good it has not left my head since then. Unfortunately it was a seasonal flavor so I can’t get it again until next year.
Well today, I found goat cheese cream cheese at trader joes. And also today, I had about 300 cals left, as well as some Yasso strawberry icecream and some leftover keto hazelnut chocolates soooo…. I mixed them 😀
I realize this looks like pink sludge but man. Im actually so happy I made this. If I ever stop doing 1200 (maybe soon im not that good at this oh well) i’ll probably try mixing it with a regular old berry icecream and see what it does. Absolutely divine.
