    I mean there’s some pretty solid healthy and low calorie creami recipes out there but this one ain’t it. Maybe make it on sorbet or Italian ice function and use some frozen strawberries instead of ice for barely any extra cals. It’ll give it some flavor. And you’ll likely need xanthax gum or eat all asap/respin every time as it’s gonna refreeze hard.

    At least put some xantham gum or something so it’s not straight coconut slushy.

    For the love of god just buy those sugar free popsicles instead of eating 1/4 cup of Splenda.

    You guys forget that diabetics and people with allergies exist. I really want to try this, but I hate coconut milk and splenda would raise my blood sugar 😭

    Would this taste good if I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk with monk fruit extract and instead of ice used frozen berries? If I make it and it’s nasty I will be sad I wasted money 😭

    This reminds me of the episode of the Simpsons when the Flanders’ take in the Simpson children as temporary foster parents. Ned asks “who’s up for a big bowl of nonfat ice milk?” One of the Flanders sons says “I want wintergreen” then Maude says “Unflavored for me!”
