hi, also a home cook – that food looks delicious, but i never know how to judge these here. too big a portion? lacks garnish? usually i think to myself, if i’m served this in a fine dining setting as opposed to a friends dinner party, how would I perceive it differently? but looking at your plate again i feel i would be ecstatic either way, it’s really pleasing to the eye and basically I want to eat it. it’s that jus i think, what is that?
