

It was absolutely one of my favorite under 450 calorie lunches. I seasoned the tuna with a tsp of mayo, a tsp of dijon, old bay, garlic powder, smoked papriks, and a lot of pepper. I added a thin slice of colby jack and havarti, and the havarti really added to the flavor.
Those habanero lime tortillas from TJ's are pretty yummy! I'm a fan of both microvaving and toasting the tortilla. You could even make this lower cal if you wanted to with different/less cheese and bread, and light mayo, but I'm more of a whole food person who likes eating full cal/fat, just lower amounts. Sorry about the shitty photo but it was really filling and tasty with a lot of protein.
