I’ve been adding soups to my dinner regimen to help fill out my appetite and stomach and it’s literally been so much easier to not snack on various shit when you have a liter of soup in ur belly 😭😭

i made this delicious thing with a japanese soup base powder that i got at an asian supermarket near me. it was so unexpectedly delicious compared to bouillons and normal chicken stock that ive tried before, the flavor is very intense. i don’t know how to read it and there was literally no english on the product besides the box import sticker unfortunately lol.

also!! napa cabbage is SO delicious and crunchy and is only 12 calories per 100g which is INSANE.

in this whole pot of soup i put the stock powder (15cal), 450g of napa cabbage (54cal), 150g bok choy (20cal), 70g bean sprouts (22cal), and then a few drops of shoyu soy sauce i refuse to count lol. i put some dried seaweed on as well for taste (said 0 cal.)

i swear this does not taste like vegetable water – i recommend this so much if you’re struggling like me to feel full after dinner ❣️
