Classic with just a little mayo and lemon. I diced celery too. I like the crunch.

  1. Looks great. If you like “crunch,” do half diced celery and half diced green apple. I did this to my father who swears by the “Bah-stan lobstah role;” he loved it in the moment. Once I told him what was in it, he beat me with jumper cables.

  2. Looks delicious. Place in Maine added tarragon and it worked as an alternative to chives etc
