If there’s 26 grams of carbohydrates and 4 grams of protein, what are the other 190 grams of weight in the container?

I think it’s the fat? The ingredients lists some oils, but it says 0 grams somehow. And I highly doubt instant noodles can contain no fat (please correct me if im wrong).

I very rarely see prop 65 warnings on food. Gross.

I didn’t count but it seems that there’s more ingredients than calories.

Because there is no oil or fat in it. Fat is higher calorie than carbs or protein.

I’ll have to try them, I’ve been able to find these and they’re really good if you like glass noodles 🙂
It’s either a tiny portion or very inaccurate calorie numbers. The first two ingredients are wheat flour and tapioca. I wouldn’t trust that nutritional info at all.
Edit. Here’s the link for calories in cooked udon. Is the serving less than half a cup of noodles?
Yeah I posted a different flavor of this brand in a calorie count sub recently and it’s inaccurate :/ I got some individually packaged udon noodles and they’re the same size as what those are and the noodles alone are 230 :/ still not too bad but not 120 haha

Food nerd here 🧐😍It looks like it would be right, to me. The calories are mostly from the noodles. Nothing else really has calories. There was some dehydrated squid and fish it could just be a table spoon or two all together. And the extra seafood taste would be coming from the seaweed. Broth is also barely any calories. Typical udon noodles (hydrated): 1c is about 200cals. This bowl is probably 1/2c udon noodles and the rest is everything else
The order of how ingredients lists are layed out are by most to least. Noodles are highest volume and the rest follow down the line

Udon noodles do tend to be low calorie
