Only thing I don’t get is why the only color that really shows up on the plate is dark beige, when you’re using saffron, orange x 2, passion fruit & pistachio.
Even the candied orange is kinda muted and brownish.

Plating is decent, but the colours are so muted. I’d put this on a black plate.
The brownish dots don’t look very appetising on white.

Scrolling past it made me see banana pudding and vanilla wafers. That’s about the color scheme of it. It sounds tasty though.
